Wednesday 14 April 2010 : Print your own fabric This workshop is designed to show p[articipants simple techniques to create individual fabric which can easily be made at home without great cost. We can work with hand-dyed and commercial fabrics. We wil be using foliage, seed pods, found objects and anything with a relief surface e.g. linocuts, stamps, bubble wrap, diolies, stencils, etc. 3. Thursday 15 April 2010 : Explore your possibilities We will use our hand dyed and printed fabrics and explore creating objects and/or quilts. To do this workshop it is advisable to have followed one or 2 of the previous days' workshops at either tutor. If you have stach of hand dyed and printed fabric at home, you can bring that along without having done one of the other workshops.
